PICK YOUR LOT AND START THE LICENSING PROCESS
The first thing to do in this process is to pick your lot that you want to build on. Each lot is an average of 3.1 Acres so you can build a indoor faciltiy and offices or a green house on the same lot. During the purhcase or lease process you will submit your license application to the Town of Nunn.

SELECT BUILDING SIZE
Once you have secured your lot you can now decide what size building and materials you want for your building. We strongly suggest that you do a steel building as the time frame is less to construct and complete the building within a timely manner.

DESIGN YOUR BUILDING
The design of your building is an impartant step. This is when you are able to configure your grow, veg and dry rooms. If you are going to add an extraction component to the building or add additional buidlings for offices and other aspects your your business. Once done you will submit your building plans. The inspection process and extraction requirements are builder friendly and timely.

GET YOUR PERMITS AND START TO GROW AND OR EXTRACT
This process will take up to 8 months to complete and your first harvest should be within the year of signing. This is possible becasue we have already taken a client through this process. Remember, nothing fast happens in our industry. Along with that fact as well as the cost your will incur with changing an existing facility acquistion, you will make out better just building your own facility.
