Sellers
Clients looking to sell their cannabis business will pay a retainer fee for our comprehensive services. This retainer fee of $10,000 plus a 2% success fee that will replace our standard commission rate of 7% on the sell of your business. Depending on what package you choose there will be a small monthly subscription rate that will be under a 6 month listing agreement that includes a range of valuable services designed to maximize the visibility and success of your business sale.
Buyers
Clients looking to purchase a cannabis business will pay a retainer fee for our comprehensive services. This retainer fee of $10,000.00 plus a 1% success fee will replace our standard commission rate. You will need to provide proof of funds and sign an NDA to engage the Seller and begin the transaction.
